RECEIPTS: If you have not received your receipt for new or renewing membership, use the link below to login to your profile to print your receipt. You will need to have your username and password available for login. At your PROFILE page, click MY FORM RECEIPTS. On the RECEIPTS page, click the VIEW button (which looks like an eye) next to the appropriate receipt, and you will be able to print your receipt from that page.

Member Categories
Active Professional Member
An active professional member of the Association resides in the United States and endorses the Association’s mission.
International Professional Member
An international professional member of the Association — any professional,
non-resident of the United States who endorses the Association’s mission.
Student Member
A student member of the Association is any predoctoral or postgraduate student of a dental, dental hygiene, dental assisting or dental technician program.
Retired Member
A retired member has belonged to the Association as an Active Professional member, is no longer actively employed and at least 62 years of age.
Other membership classifications include: First Year Practicing, 2nd Year Practicing, Institutional Membership, Corporate Membership, and Professional Organizations. Please inquire for further information.
Group rates are available for employees of the same organization.
