Chapter Reports Submission
It’s that time of the year again when we look forward to hearing about the wonderful events and community service programming that you and your chapter have conducted over the past year, at our the Annual Meeting/Convention. As we join forces with the Student National Dental Association and the Society of American Indian Dentists (SAID), we encourage you to highlight an event(s) that you feel strongly represents your chapter’s focus and mission. Is not only a time so share your amazing programming, but also gain informative ideas to implement at your chapter. Please bear in mind that a few guidelines have been put in place to better accommodate everyone presenting their chapter’s report as we will have more reports than in the previous years and time allotted is limited. Please note the following guidelines which will be strictly enforced:
1. All chapter reports MUST be submitted no later than, June 30th, 2012, at 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) in order to be included.
2. Chapters are allotted a maximum of 2 minutes for presentation.
3. The presentation must be in PowerPoint format with a maximum of 5 slides per chapter.
4. Chapters may send up to 2 members up to the podium to present your chapter’s slide.
5. Presentations will be given in alphabetical order of school name.
Keep in mind the deadline for submission is June 30, 2012.
