Faculty Recognition Award

The Colgate-Palmolive / Hispanic Dental Association Faculty Recognition Award recognizes faculty who are members of the Hispanic Dental Association and who have made a contribution toward enhancing the overall quality of oral health for the Hispanic population by extending themselves beyond the scope of their position. Two award recipients were selected for 2010.

Dr. Marsha Butler of Colgate-Palmolive and Dr. Sarita Arteaga, Past President of the HDA honor Dr. Helena Tapias-Perdigon (middle) of Baylor College of Dentistry.

Dr. Eduardo Correa (not present) of the University of Southern California, Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry, was the second award winner.
