Linda Lenzini

A little history on our new Executive Director......Linda Lenzini has extensive management and communication experience in association, corporate, not-for-profit, and governmental environments and strong experience with health and human services - related national not-for profit initiatives.

Ms. Lenzini has consulted with a number of dental clients, including the Journal of Public Health Dentistry, where she previously served as Managing Editor, the National Oral Health Conference, for whom she planned and executed media events, and the IFLOSS Coalition, an Illinois-based oral health coalition whose goal is to address access issues for oral health in Illinois. She has also been the editor for HDA's newsletter, News and Reports, for the past two years.

Other clients include the Children and Family Research Center at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, for whom she conducted a national media outreach program funded by the Pew Charitable Trusts to improve services for children in foster care. She has also served as Communications Director of the Child Care Association of Illinois and as Communications Manager for Prevention First, an Illinois-based training organization for substance abuse prevention programs.

Previous experience includes corporate sales and marketing experience in the telecommunications and advertising industries.

She resides in Springfield, Illinois and will be based in the Association office in Springfield.
