SHUTTLE SERVICE from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport to the Resort:
Shuttle Service from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport to the Resort is available by contacting Meridian Executive Limousine, Inc. at 480-276-5051 or 480-276-5949 or 602-625-3439. Or, you can email them your flight itinerary to: info@meridianexecutivelimo.com .
Pricing through Meridian will be based on the number of passengers in your vehicle. For instance, the cost for 2 persons riding to the hotel at the same time would be $45 per person. If there are 3 people riding, the cost would be $35 per person. If you choose to ride alone, the cost is $85. Please notify Meridian once you have your flight arrangements made and they can tell you whether or not there are other HDA attendees arriving the same time as you. For comparison, the average cost of a taxi from the airport to Carefree is $90.
You are responsible for making your own arrange-ments for transportation to and from Carefree resort. We hope the options we are providing are helpful.
RENTAL CAR: Conference attendees receive a 10% discount off market driven pricing through Enterprise Rent-A-Car at all Phoenix Airport locations - Phoenix Sky Harbor and Phoenix Mesa Gateway.
